§ 21056. Size of documents accepted for recording
The recorder of deeds may charge twice the ordinary fee for accepting any document for recording which is larger than 8 ½ by 14 inches in size. Subdivision maps, Department of Transportation highway and condemnation maps, other similar maps and plats or drawings required to be recorded in the recorder of deeds office shall be exempt from this requirement.
