§ 8610. Scope of subchapter
Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to authorize the donation of vascularized composite allografts, including hand, facial tissue and limb transplants, from an individual whose death is imminent or who has died at the hospital. Donation of vascularized composite allografts from an individual whose death is imminent or who has died at the hospital shall be in accordance with Subchapter D (relating to hands, facial tissue, limbs and other vascularized composite allografts).1
