§ 11041. Publication of proposed ordinance, repeal or amendment
Whenever a proposed ordinance is to be submitted to the electors of the city at an election or an ordinance is submitted by council for repeal or amendment, notice of the election and text of the question to be submitted to the electors shall be published in the same manner as publication is required in section 1201 of the Pennsylvania Election Code.1
