§ 6021.4. Transfer of funds
Currentness
(a) Transfer for future fiscal years.--In fiscal years beginning after June 30, 2008, the State Treasurer shall transfer $40,000,000 of the revenues received pursuant to the tax imposed under Article VI1 of the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L. 6, No. 2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, to the fund.
(b) Transfer.--A sum of money equal to the amount lapsed under section 32 shall be transferred to the Hazardous Sites Cleanup Fund by the State Treasurer within 30 days of the effective date of this section.
