§ 42204. Term of existence
Currentness
The following apply:
(1) The authority shall exist until the termination date.
(2) Upon termination of the authority, records and documents of the authority shall be transferred to the assisted city.
(3) The authority shall submit a final report on its activities and the assisted city's fiscal condition to the Governor and the General Assembly within 60 days of the termination of the authority.
