§ 6031.508. Regulations
Currentness
The Environmental Quality Board may adopt rules and regulations as shall be necessary for the purpose of administering this act. The regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the act of June 25, 1982 (P.L. 633, No. 181),1 known as the Regulatory Review Act.
