§ 42701. Appropriation
Currentness
The sum of $100,000 is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to an authority which holds its initial organizational meeting under section 202(c)1 on or before May 1, 2019. The funds appropriated shall be used to provide operating funds for the authority. Any unencumbered sums then remaining shall lapse June 30, 2019.
