§ 627.10. Reinstatement of license
Unless ordered to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction, the board shall not reinstate the license of an individual which has been revoked. An individual whose license has been revoked may reapply for a license after a period of at least five years, and must meet all of the licensing requirements of this act.
