§ 1782-A.1. Appropriations
Currentness
(a) Additional appropriations.--In addition to an appropriation under section 706(b) and (c) of the act of July 28, 1988 (P.L. 556, No. 101),1 known as the Municipal Waste Planning, Recycling and Waste Reduction Act, the General Assembly may appropriate money from the fund to the Department of Environmental Protection.
(b) Priority.--Money appropriated from the fund by the General Assembly under a general appropriation act or other appropriation act shall be distributed prior to allocations under section 706(c) of the Municipal Waste Planning, Recycling and Waste Reduction Act.
