OKLAHOMA 9–1–1 MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY ACT
An Act relating to the Oklahoma 9–1–1 Management Authority Act; repealing 63 O.S. 2021, Section 2814, as amended by Section 1, Chapter 49, O.S.L. 2023, and as renumbered by Section 5, Chapter 49, O.S.L. 2023 (63 O.S. Supp. 2023, Section 2869.1), which relates to emergency telephone service; repealing 63 O.S. 2021, Section 2815, as amended by Section 2, Chapter 49, O.S.L. 2023, and as renumbered by Section 6, Chapter 49, O.S.L. 2023 (63 O.S. Supp. 2023, Section 2869.2), which relates to fees; and declaring an emergency.
SUBJECT: Oklahoma 9–1–1 Management Authority Act
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 2814, as amended by Section 1, Chapter 49, O.S.L. 2023, and as renumbered by Section 5, Chapter 49, O.S.L. 2023 (63 O.S. Supp. 2023, Section 2869.1), is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 2815, as amended by Section 2, Chapter 49, O.S.L. 2023, and as renumbered by Section 6, Chapter 49, O.S.L. 2023 (63 O.S. Supp. 2023, Section 2869.2), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
