WHEREAS, Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1860, passed by the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, is now on the desk of the Governor for signature; and

WHEREAS, the Legislature desires to further consider certain substantive provisions of the Enrolled Senate Bill.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 58TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING THEREIN:

THAT the Governor of the State of Oklahoma is hereby requested to return Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1860 to the Oklahoma State Senate before such measure is acted upon for the purpose of reconsideration of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1860 by the Oklahoma State Legislature.
