§ 438.35. Act deemed amendment of Constitution
Currentness
It is hereby expressly declared by the Legislature that this entire act1 is an amendment to, and alteration of, Section 18 through Section 34 inclusive of Article IX of the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, as authorized by Section 35 of Article IX of said Constitution.
