§ 85.11. Penalties
Currentness
If any person unlawfully takes up or conceals an estray, or fails to comply with the provisions of this act,1 such person so offending shall be guilty of the felony of larceny of domestic animals and shall be punished according to the provisions of Section 1716 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
