§ 2201. Short title--Financial Privacy Act--Purpose
Currentness
Sections 2201 through 2206 of this title and Sections 5 and 6 of this act1 shall be known and may be cited as the “Financial Privacy Act”. Its purpose is to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the records of customers of financial institutions.
