§ 43. Punishment for violations
Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or association who violates the provisions of this act1 shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor, and upon conviction therefor, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
