§ 26. Emergency laws--Binder for public examination--Duty of court clerks
Currentness
Immediately upon receipt from the Secretary of State of the acts and resolutions referred to in Section 1 hereof,1 it shall be the duty of the court clerk of each county to place the same in a binder, which shall be available for examination by the public.
