Proposals for the amending, altering, changing or repealing of the Oklahoma Rules and Procedures for Dispute Resolution Act may be made at any time by a vote of the majority of the members of the Advisory Board created by Rule 5 at any regular meeting of said Board or at any special meeting of said Board called for that purpose. The recommendation will be submitted to the Supreme Court for final approval. If required approval is received, the proposal will become effective on the date reflected in the statement of approval.
