§ 558. Powers of commission
Every metropolitan library commission created by this act1 shall have all powers necessary or convenient for the accomplishment of the purpose and provisions hereof, including, in addition to others herein granted, the following powers:
(g) To accept, hold, and convey legal title to interests in real property in the name “metropolitan library commission of __________ County” which shall be its official name. Deeds or other conveyances of said interests in real property shall be executed for and on behalf of the commission by the chairman and shall be attested by the secretary.
