§ 11. Landlord may reenter after unauthorized assignment
If any tenant shall violate the provisions of the preceding section,1 the landlord, or person holding under him, after giving ten (10) days' notice to quit possession, shall have a right to reenter the premises and take possession thereof, and dispossess the tenant, subtenant or undertenant.
