§ 197.14. Penalty for failure to post notice
Currentness
Any employer failing to post the notice required by Section 6 of this act1 shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), and each week he fails to post such notice shall constitute a separate offense.
