The Oklahoma rules, as amended by L.2002, c. 468, retains the basic format and many of the provisions of the Uniform Rules of Evidence (1974), but now also contains many of the major provisions of the Uniform Rules of Evidence (1999). Accordingly, the citation of the Oklahoma rules is set forth in the tables for both the 1974 and 1999 Rules of Evidence. The Notes of Decisions for Oklahoma Rules of Evidence since 2002 are included with the 1999 revised act.
