§ 18. Injunction against violations
In addition to the penalty provided in Section 2 hereof1 for a violation of this act, a cause of action shall exist in favor of any citizen of any county, or in favor of the State of Oklahoma on the relation of the district attorney of any county where the offense is committed to apply to the district court of the county for an injunction restraining the violation of this act.
