§ 425. Oklahoma Commission on Interstate Cooperation
A. There is hereby established the Oklahoma Commission on Interstate Cooperation. This Commission shall be composed of :
1. Five members of the House of Representatives, to be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives;
2. Five members of the Senate, to be appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate;
3. The Lieutenant Governor;
4. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services; and
5. Three administrative officials or employees, to be appointed by the Governor.
B. The President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall serve alternately each year as ex officio chairman and vice-chairman of the Commission. In addition, the Governor shall be an ex officio honorary nonvoting member of the Commission.
