§ 397. Violation of provisions--Misdemeanor
Any person, firm or corporation, who violates any of the provisions of this act1 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for the first offense or by imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days, or both, and for a second or subsequent offense, by a fine of not less than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment of not more than one (1) year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
