§ 663. Act inapplicable for acquiring certain utility plants or distribution systems
Currentness
The provisions of this act1 shall not be applicable to nor used by a municipality or county or trust for the purpose of purchasing, condemning, or otherwise acquiring a utility plant or distribution system owned or operated by a regulated public utility.
