§ 175. Sale of property after judgment
In all cases where judgment may be rendered in favor of any person or persons to enforce a lien under the provisions of this chapter,1 the real estate or other property shall be ordered to be sold as in other cases of sales of real estate, such sales to be without prejudice to the rights of any prior encumbrancer, owner or other person not a party to the action.
