§ 2105. Investments and participation by banks

Banks may invest or otherwise participate in the capital development and financing of, management, direction and advising of export trading companies as defined and to the extent permitted by federal law in Sections 4001 through 4053 of Title 171 of the United States Code, as hereafter amended.
