§ 247. Violation--Penalties
In addition to any penalty that may be imposed by the Corporation Commission for contempt, any person, firm or corporation, or any officer, agent or employee thereof, directly or indirectly violating the provisions of this act,1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, in a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be punished by a fine in any sum not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
