§ 1-1701.1B. Collection of fines--Limiting construction of act
Currentness
A. Administrative fines collected by the Department pursuant to Section 2 of this act1 shall be paid into the Public Health Special Fund.
B. Nothing in this act shall be construed as amending the provisions of Sections 1-833, 1-839 or 1-2012.2 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
