§ 1-1608. Rules and regulations
Currentness
The authority to promulgate reasonable rules and regulations for the efficient enforcement of this article is hereby vested in the State Board of Health, which is hereby authorized to make reasonable rules and regulations promulgated under this article conform, insofar as practicable, with those promulgated under the Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act.1
