§ 33. “Newspaper” defined
Currentness
Wherever the term “newspaper” appears herein, it shall mean newspaper as defined by 25 O.S.1961, § 106, as amended by Section 1, Chapter 63, O.S.L.1967 (25 O.S.Supp.1968, § 106), and by House Bill No. 1253, First Session, Thirty-second Legislature of the State of Oklahoma.1
