§ 175.9. Homes--Right to enter
No person shall by virtue of this Act have any right to enter any home over the objection of the parent or guardian of a child and nothing in this Act shall be construed as limiting the power of the parent or guardian of a child. The Commission, however, with the consent of the parents, parent or legal guardian may provide necessary medical care and other services for a child as indicated in Sections 1 and 5 of this Act.1
