§ 479. Violations--Penalty
Currentness
Any official failing in any duty prescribed by the provisions of this article1 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), and in addition thereto may be removed from office.
