§ 582.4. Verification of numeric risk level by Department
Currentness
Upon receipt of notice pursuant to the provisions of Section 24 of this act,1 that a person subject to registration is to be released from a correctional institution, has been placed on any form of probation or parole, or intends to move to a new residence in this state, the Department of Corrections shall verify the numeric risk level assigned to the person.
