§ 1505. Licenses from other states--National certification
A person holding a license from another state which is deemed by the State Board of Examiners of Certified Shorthand Reporters to be equivalent to that of an Oklahoma certified shorthand reporter, or holding current national certification as a shorthand reporter, or holding both an equivalent license from another state and national certification, may be enrolled without examination as an Oklahoma certified shorthand reporter upon satisfying the Board that the credentials of the applicant are in proper order.

<The State Board of Examiners of Official Shorthand Reporters was re-created emergency effective March 10, 1992 pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Sunset Law, 74 O.S.A. § 3903, as amended by Laws 1992, c. 1, § 1. The State Board of Examiners of Official Shorthand Reporters was also re-created both by amendment of Title 20, § 1501 by Laws 1992, c. 128, § 1 and by the Rules Creating and Controlling the State Board of Examiners of Official Shorthand Reporters, 12 O.S.A., Ch. 15, App. 1-A, Rules 1 through 8.>
