§ 2-503.1h. Violation of act--Penalties--Definitions
A. Unless otherwise provided, any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this act1 is guilty of a felony and may be punished by imprisonment for not less than two (2) years nor more than ten (10) years or by a fine of not more than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) or an amount equal to twice the dollar amount of each transaction, whichever is greater, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
B. For the purposes of this act, the terms, “money transmitter equipment” or a “money transmitter service” shall include an entity or person engaged in activity in violation of these provisions regardless of whether the person or entity is licensed to conduct such activity under the Oklahoma Financial Transaction Reporting Act.2
