§ 39. Seal
Currentness
It shall be the duty of the Court of Criminal Appeals to procure a seal for said Court, said seal to be the same size and design as the seal of the Supreme Court, with the words “Court of Criminal Appeals State of Oklahoma” engraved thereon.
