Pursuant to SAPA section 207, the Law Department submits the following list of its rules that were adopted during calendar year 2004 and invites public comment on the continuation or modification of such rules. Comments should be sent to the respective agency representative listed below for each particular rule, and must be received within 45 days of the date of publication of this Notice.

RULES ADOPTED IN 2004

(1) LAW-07-04-00012-A Senior Residential Communities

Added Part 25 to Title 13 NYCRR.

Analysis of the need for the rule: The purpose of the rules is to require disclosure of the material terms of public offers of occupancy in Senior Residential Communities.

Legal basis for the rule: General Business Law, section 352-e(6)(a) and (b).
