Notice of Abandoned Property Received by the State Comptroller
Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law. The Deferred Compensation Plan for Employees of Nassau Health Care Corporation (the “Plan”), a 457(b) plan created under the laws of the State of New York and pursuant to Section 457(b) of the Internal Revenue Code, is seeking proposals from certified public accounting firms to:
Provide auditing services to the Plan regarding the financial statements of the Plan and the performance of the Plan’s current administrative service agent.

Pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law, Section 120-w, the Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority hereby gives notice of the following:
The Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority desires to procure an agreement with a firm for a landfill gas to energy project at its Regional Landfill, Ava, NY. Comments on the draft (RFP) must be received by 3:00 PM on September 1, 2009.

Town of Oyster Bay Request for Proposals
Transfer, Haul and Disposal of Solid Wastes from the Town of Oyster Bay Solid Waste Disposal District Contract No. DPW09-999
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, That pursuant to, and in accordance with, Section 120-(w)(4)(e)(2)(ii) of the New York State General Municipal Law, the Town of Oyster Bay has issued a Final Request for Proposals (RFP) with respect to the above specified Contract. Included in this RFP are comments filed in relation to the previously released Draft Request for Proposals and the Town’s findings related to the substantive elements of such comments. Proposals are to be submitted to the Engineering Division of the Department of Public Works, 150 Miller Place, Syosset, New York 11791 no later than Thursday, August 20, 2009 at 4:00pm.
The RFP is on file, and may be obtained daily (except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) on or after Monday, July 6, 2009, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., at the Engineering Division of the Department of Public Works, 150 Miller Place, Syosset, New York 11791, by any interested persons. There is no fee associated with obtaining this document.
