Notice of Abandoned Property Received by the State Comptroller
Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law. Interested parties may inquire if they appear on the Abandoned Property Listing by contacting the Office of Unclaimed Funds, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at:

Division of Criminal Justice Services
Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Recovery Act: Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Formula Program regarding New York State's application for such funding, the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services (Division) hereby gives notice of the following:
On June 25th, 2009 the Division will submit a funding application requesting New York State's award appropriated under the: Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Formula Program. The application generally describes the proposed program activities for the 4-year grant period and the types of programs for which funding will be used.
This application is required to be made available for a 30-day period for public review and comment. Requests for copies may be made via e-mail to: [email protected] Requests may also be made in writing or by calling the Division offices during regular business hours. If a paper copy of the application is requested, a payment of $0.25 per page will be due to the Division in accordance with Public Officer Law § 87.

Request for Proposals (RFP) for Auditing Services
Professional Consulting (Auditing) Services for the Suffolk County Public Employees Deferred Compensation (Section 457(b) Plan).
RFP Proposal Due Date: Monday, August 3, 2009
The Suffolk County Public Employees Deferred Compensation Board ("Board") is accepting Proposals from qualified certified public accountants to audit the Suffolk County Public Employees Deferred Compensation Plan (a plan pursuant to Section 457(b) of the Internal Revenue Code).
The specifications for this Request for Proposals are available through the Board and may be obtained by calling (631) 853-5725; by faxing (631) 853-8336 or by emailing [email protected].
The completed Proposals must be returned directly to the Board's attention at one of the two following addresses:

2009-0205 Matter of Steven Morse, 8665 Millcreek Drive, Clarence, NY 14051 for a variance concerning egress window dimensions.
Involved is the alteration of the basement in a two-story one-family dwelling, located at 8665 Millcreek Drive, Town of Clarence, County of Erie, State of New York.
2009-0220 Matter of Nicholas Sylvia, P.O. Box 133, Henderson, Harbor, NY 13651, for a variance concerning Uniform Code requirements including a three-story wood frame building without a required sprinkler system installed. The subject building is classified as a one-family residence, three stories in height, of Type 5B (unprotected wood frame) construction, and approximately 2,500 square feet in gross area. The building is located at the Nicholas Sylvia Residence, 11133 Rays Bay Road, in the Town of Henderson, Jefferson County, State of New York.
2009-0258 Matter of Ditmar L. Todorov, PE, LEED, for Ram Tech Engineers, PC, 6100 Fairway Drive, Syracuse, NY 13211, for a variance concerning fire safety requirements including relief from requirements to provide a double check valve backflow preventer on a fire service water main. The buildings serviced by the main are classified as R 3 townhouses, three stories in height of Type 5 B (unprotected wood frame) construction, and are located at SUNY Oswego, 760 State Route 104, in the City of Oswego, Oswego County, State of New York.
