Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law. In the Matter of Considering the Continuation of the New York State Onion Research and Development Program Pursuant to Article 25 of the Agriculture and Markets Law and 1 NYCRR Part 203.13NOTICE OF REFERENDUM
 
To: New York State Onion Growers:
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF A REFERENDUM to be conducted by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets of the State of New York, pursuant to Article 25 of the Agriculture and Markets Law and section 203.13 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York (1 NYCRR) on whether the New York State Onion Research and Development Program should be continued. The continuation of the order is subject to the approval of not less than 50 percent of all New York State onion growers participating in the referendum.
Any person who, in 2008, produced or caused to be produced onions in the State of New York for any market is a grower entitled to vote in this referendum. Each producer is entitled to one vote.
Copies of the New York State Onion Research and Development Program (1 NYCRR Part 203), which is the subject of this referendum, will be provided upon request to Dan McCarthy, Market Order Administrator, Department of Agriculture and Markets, 10B Airline Drive, Albany, New York 12235, (518) 457-8857.
Please use the enclosed ballot and pre-addressed envelope to return your vote. All ballots must be received no later than March 27, 2009.

The building is known as the “Arthur Zankel Music Hall” and is located on the campus of Skidmore College at 815 North Broadway, City of Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County, State of New York.
2009-0076 Matter of Robert Segura, State University of New York at Albany, 251 Fuller Road, Albany, NY 12203 for a variance concerning fire safety issues including the method in which (HPM’s) hazardous production materials are transported through exit access corridors.
Involved is a change of policy relating to the manner in which HPM’s are transported from a loading dock to a laboratory. The building is known as the NanoFab North building located at 251 - 255 Fuller Road. City of Albany, Albany County, State of New York.
