It has been determined that the system used to track and assign expiration dates for proposed rule makings has experienced a programming error.

An incorrect expiration date was assigned to each of the notices of Proposed Rule Making which are listed below which were published in past issues of the State Register. The expiration dates appearing in the Acting Pending Index printed in this issue of the Register are correct.
