Notice of Abandoned Property Received by the State Comptroller
Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law. St. Joseph's Hospital
Pursuant to Section 2807-C(19) of the New York State Public Health Law, the Commissioner of Health has the authority to award non-competitive grants. Therefore, the Department of Health hereby gives notice of the following:
St. Joseph's Hospital will utilize grant funds to support behavioral health, drug and alcohol, and related services in regard to their Long Term Care Psychiatric Care Unit.

Steuben County
Steuben County is soliciting proposals from administrative service agencies, trustees, and financial organizations for services in connection with a Deferred Compensation Plan that will meet the requirements of Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 5 of the State Finance Law, including all rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto.

Uniform Code Regional Boards of Review
Pursuant to 19 NYCRR 1205, the petitions below have been received by the Department of State for action by the Uniform Code Regional Boards of Review. Unless otherwise indicated, they involve requests for relief from provisions of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code. 2007-0042 Matter of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, New York City Transit, 2 Broadway, 4th Floor, New York, NY for a variance concerning fire safety requirements, including the requirements for the installation of unlisted fire protection equipment, installation of alternative stair geometry, use of alternative exiting and life safety design standards, and the rehabilitation of an historic structure.
Involved are renovations and new construction occurring at the Fulton Street Transit Center, generally located at Broadway between Fulton St. And John St. including 11 John Street, the adjacent subway stations serving the 4/5/6 and A/C lines, and a concourse below Dey St., City of New York, Borough of Manhattan, County of New York, State of New York.
