26.2 Certified audit and report.
Each council or association shall submit a certified financial audit and a narrative report of activity, having a form and content satisfactory to the Regents or commissioner, within three months after the close of each reporting period as described below. These reports shall be provided annually. However, additional reports may be required by the Regents or commissioner.
