(a) the registration of courses of study in colleges, professional, technical and other schools;

(b) the requirements for qualifying certificates;

(c) the approval of correspondence schools;

(d) professional licensing, certification and practice;

(e) the registration of private business schools; and

(f) the registration of public and nonpublic high schools and public elementary schools, intermediate schools, middle schools, and junior high schools.
