3.50 Registered degrees.

The following degrees and their corresponding symbols are authorized and approved.

(a) General degrees in course.

Note:

Any institution of higher education authorized to confer both the Associate in Applied Science degree and the Associate in Arts degree may, without individual application for amendment to its charter, confer the Associate in Science degree, providing the programs leading to the degree have been registered in accordance with the regulations of the commissioner.

(2) Professional Studies:

Bachelor of Professional Studies (B.P.S.)

Note:
