2302.1 Agency administering the annual program plan.
The State educational agency whose official name is the University of the State of New York, The State Education Department, is designated as the State agency which shall, either directly or through arrangements with other State or local public agencies, act as the sole agency for the administration of the annual program plan. The official address is the State Education Department, Albany, New York 12234.
