582.4 Motor vehicle operation.
Vehicles shall at all times be operated so as not to endanger life or property. No person shall drive a vehicle on college streets, roads or highways at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions and having regard to the actual and potential hazards then existing, but in no event shall a person drive a vehicle in excess of 20 miles per hour. Except for vehicles being operated for authorized official purposes, no person shall drive a motor vehicle on campus walkways.
