331.5 Terms.
The university representatives shall serve at the pleasure of the chancellor of the university. Each representative of a State-operated unit or contract college shall serve for a term of three years; provided, however, that no such representative shall serve as a member of the senate after termination of employment in the unit from which the representative was elected.
