8C.03 Flashing-Light Signals at Highway-LRT Grade Crossings

INSERT the following paragraph:
Standard:
00A The provisions in Section 8C.02 and the New York State Supplement regarding flashing-light signals shall be used for design, installation, and operation, including interconnection with nearby automatic gates, and shall be applicable as appropriate where traffic control signals are used at highway-LRT grade crossings.
